Thanks, I thought the same thing about that tail. I think I know what caused it. I'll have to check.
Ok, I checked it out and there's two things that caused that, the combination of using f/6.3, 1/250 shutter and the lizards tail moving slightly. If there were much detail in the tail it got lost when it moved. Also, I did increase the light on the lizard so that seemed to make it stand out even more.
