very nice pictures, what sort of equipment were you using? I would imagine some big glass to get such crisp images, not to mention the 12 inches behind the viewfinder?

Why ISO 200, when it seems like you had lots of light?? Curious minds want to know...well me at least.

I bet you a million dollars he used the d300 with a 70-200mm f/2.8
 
probably a beginner question, but were you panning when taking these? and what was the specs on these pictures? Thanks
 
I just used iso 200 as it is the lowest "proper" iso in the camera befire it does trickery to get it. Light was not best, a little dull and overcast at times with the odd bright moment.


As for what kit I used, hope you didn't take the bet Tennessee Landscape :D


Yeah I was panning on these, shot in shutter priority at 1/160th iso 200, variuos exp comps depending on the light.
