crooked what way? right handside too low? im not sure if it's just because the right handside of the horizon is darker?

I think it has too shallow of DOF. The sun, clouds, and mountains are out of focus. With this shallow DOF, you're telling the viewer that the subject is a little bit of water in the foreground.

I agree, the DOF is much too shallow.

Beautiful picture, however.
