Movie Review: Compliance

"Inspire by Real Events" is a term to be taken loosely. So while watching this inspired by real events movie, I found myself laughing at how absurd the writer was, and how the truth was stretched, and lol'ably broken, for Hollywood.

Yyeeaahh except it wasn't.

Afterwards I googled to see what the actual story was, and, except for a few minor things, it was scarily accurate - even the most unbelievable parts actually happened. And not just once - this was only the most famous case.

The movie itself was okay. Slow, mediocre acting, etc.. but in this case that's all secondary to the story itself, and the question: Just how gullible are people when faced with authority?
