I've gotten some Blue Jay's to stop by lately. Snapped a couple of shots. They are through the kitchen window. 300mm 1/250 ISO 200

Watch out for backlighting, it does not complement the first shot.

I would suggest cropping the left out on the second image.

You are getting a lot of interference shooting through the window glass.

I'll crop a bit more. Talked to the wife about removing the glass to allow for better pictures. She said something about freezing temps, excessive wind, and a host of other problems with removal.

Just show her the price of optically correct glass and she will break the window when she tosses you out of it.
