The water came out nicely blurred.

Gravity will make the water fall straight down so the photo looks to be a little tilted with the right side low:

Excellent point! I was too focused on flattening the picture from Fish-eye effect and totally missed the alignment and straightness!

It could just be me, but I prefer the original composition because the bridge appears straighter and the falls don't look that tilted. This could be my preference though.

I can assure you, when you're at Multnomah Falls, standing in that spot, the bridge appears angled downward, to the left, when the camera is held properly. I was there last month, and shot a very similar photo.

It may just be that perspective, but I still agree with Bo4key and prefer the first orientation. also depending on orientation water falls don't necessarily have to flow directly vertical within a frame.

I like the photo. As for he tilting, I wouldn't disagree that water falls straight down, however, I do see a highly sloped bridge, but that's just perspective. I'd go with the 2nd adjusted for the waterfall.

I'd also do something about the guardrail in the foreground.
