As for this pic, you could stand to add a bit more light to the image. It seems quite dark. Also the focus is off.

Remember, this is all constructive:
- It's underexposed
- You missed focus
- The pose stresses joints such as the wrist, causing unwanted wrinkles and cast shadows from the direction of the light
- gray skin tones = bad.
