I have a funny feeling that when yer dog was born, it came out and yelled "I'm ready for my close up Mr. DeMille." My only suggestion is to crop it a wee bit on the right.

Your colors seem off; every thing's a little on the teal side. Regardless, I like both of them a lot, but it might have been nicer if the DOF on the fan was sharper.
