I think it's fine just how it is, the negative space works well where the subject is looking into the frame and isn't inthe center if it was framed more towards the left.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.... I really like nagitive space in my photos, which is why it is composed that way. The lighting was just a 285HV with a lumiquest softbox attached. HAHA, and my dog is getting so much better at posing, as long as there are treats involved.

But why does he seem to dissolve into a blur? (The presented photo is very small, too, which makes viewing difficult but from what - little - I can see, he has no body).
