My first black & white child shots

Hi guys, a friend asked me for a few black and white shots of her daughter.. dunno what for... here they are, critique would be much appreciated.

the first one is really cool!! I love it! I love the angle and tones. and of course her expression! I'm not sure about the second one because of a shadow on her left eye (not very visible but it is there ) but the first one just rulez here

The first one is terrific. The other two are nice, but I just like the overall feel of the first one.

I agree with everyone else so far, not really feeling the 2nd because when I first look I am automatically drawn to the chin in the top of the picture...... the 3rd I think that the guy distracts from her, a portrait is supposed to have the subject as the main object, but I see the guy first. The first is great. I love it.

Unfortunately cant find out as took this shot in black n white... Im not that good in Photoshop. Can visualise it though.. great idea
