I am relatively new to photography & an absolute newbie in birding. Sharing some of my work here. Apologies if my work comes across as amateurish. Hoping to get a lot of feedback to improve my work. Thanks in advance.

Greetings Rebellious! I was going to also welcome you until I saw the date you joined.

That is a long story. Soon after I joined, my camera was stolen & I was heart broken and almost gave up on photography. Till I got the Nikon Z6, that is

So the noise may be nothing more than cropping or some other aspect.
The work your doing is really well done.

The lens is fine.
