Hi. I've edited in LR3, but the only thing that really bugs me is its not very straight. I haven't figured out how to fix this in LR3 or if its even possible. Thank you.

Looking pretty serious there, cute baby. You can straighten it out in LR3
 
If you level the shot part of both arm will be clipped off. But it is possible in LR3 (called straighten tool) and google is your friend in this case.
 
The point of interest—where the eyes are drawn—is awkwardly placed in the upper right. It needs to be down and left a bit. The skin tones are also a little sickly. Warm that baby up a bit!
 
No expert but I disagree on leveling this photo and the skin tones. This is a recording of a moment, not a magazine cover shot that you need to PP to the N-th degree.

I would like a little more depth of field, I find the focus a little distracting, but otherwise fine.
 
I agree on the depth of field. Don't shoot at 1.8 unless you can make it work. The baby's arms being out of focus doesn't look good.
