I don't know if you guys are familiar with Chris Orwig and lynda.com, but there's a great new release out there - Narrative portraiture. If you have lynda.com subscription, you should watch it straight away, and if you don't, you might consider getting it after viewing the sample videos. It's not often that you find so many tips on natural light photography. It's also a nice boost for creativity.
