Got a few questions that I can't find answers from the website.
They mentioned "photograph requirements", but where?
How many entries can I submit?
If I take a photo of a homeless, how the hell do I get model release from him now?
Are the photos restricted to those that were taken within the United States?
And the prize isn't all that interesting....
