I personally think it is too dark. People like varying levels of contrast. I tend to prefer it on the lighter side. I suspect it was intentional to create the silhouetting of the bridge. But I still find it too dark. Also the orientation. Seems you could have been a little further back. To leave more sky above the bridge and possibly even get more of the shadow. IDK.

^Yep. Also, this picture has the potential to have some really nice colors. I dont see how black and white works here.
