No, nothing to do with the capture but the PP. This halo
is a typical sharpening artefact setup and or applied in
post-production.

It's a gorgeous shot, even with the halos and a bit of noise in the sky. As remarked, it's beautiful and dreamlike. Worth going back to denoise and reduce halos. You've got a winner here.
