Need Help With Ideas

I have been tasked with photographing my coworkers two girls within the next week or two. One is around three and the other is around six. If anyone has any ideas, tips, poses, or any other information that may help it would be much obliged. This shoot will be outdoors.

There was some great advice in there, but anything on more than one child, or is it usually recommended to shoot separate when able to?
