Need suggestions for overhead camera in cooking classroom to project onto a screen

I am in need of a ceiling mount camera (I don't know if it's even called a camera!) that will be installed over a cooking surface and then have the image projected to a big screen t.v. monitor. This is inside a classroom so that the students can see inside the pots of food the teacher is stirring. There is a high likelihood that the "camera" would receive steam and heat from below. There is probably a 5 foot height difference between the boiling pot below and the ceiling height.

Does anyone have an idea of what sort of camera could do the job? I know cooking schools, etc., have these cameras, but don't know where to buy one.
