You post many family focussed photos (at least what I have seen recently) and that is cool to see. I just wanted to see her whole face but still a nice image.

I think you could either lighten the shadow portion, or go the opposite and really drop the half completely out. Nice photo that I'm sure the rest of your family will love having!

I feel like it's slightly over-saturated. The greens/oranges are pretty intense.

I like how it's different though. I love chiaroscuro portraits.

Thanks guys, i usually go for b&w but figured staying in my comfort zone would be the easy thing to do. Agree ob the saturation. I would have tried playing with the shadow but i'm boarding a flight now, maybe in three weeks
