Yeah, it might just seem stupid, but I've already bought myname.photography. I've had to use my 4th or 5th choice of domain name because my name is so common, so I'm glad there are more options even if they might not get much use.

I'm honestly not sure. I hope they ranked up there with .com when relevant searches are done such as New York City Photography, etc...

It's something for (some people) to consider. Also - for individuals/amateurs - the domain name privacy re WHOIS records.

Oh, heh, I wasn't sure if they were being offered anywhere else. Damn, I got cheated, I guess.

But with my luck they would have let domain registration start today and my name would have already been taken so I got it as quickly as I could lol.
