New to the Canon 35mm film world!!!

Hello,
Recently I received a Canon EOS Rebel K2 with the kit 28-90 lens. I also have a FUJIFILM S8400W and a KODAK Z7590.
I am looking for some suggestions for a decent telephoto lens.
I generally shoot landscapes around the area, we live out in the country.
I'm also looking to photograph wildlife in non-invasive manner.
The choices out there are mind boggling and my budget would be in the $150 or less range, can go slightly higher if I need to. I am looking for something with the best bang for the buck.
Max focal of 300mm would fill my needs.
Also, is this considered a full frame camera?

For $150 you're going to have to look at used manual focus lenses to get anywhere near 300mm or an older lens such as this Sigma 400mm f5.6
The down side to that lens is that is an auto focus designed in the 80's and has plastic focus gears that could and have stripped on people in the past. Add to this that older Sigma lenses are hit and mis wether they will work on a modern DSLR and Sigma no longer supports upgrades to this lens.

Yes they will all work on the EF mount of your camera.
I have the a newer version of the Canon lens. It is an decent lens.
I have no experience with the Tamron or Sigma versions.
