New Toy!

Picked up a used but unscathed SB-800! I traded a 70-300 ED VR lens for the Flash and $150 cash USD.

Flash has all connected part intact (diffuser, bounce card) and soft case and diffuser that covers the flash. No colored gels, no 5th battery.

Over-all I think i did well as the 70-300 ED VR 's are going cheap lately.

Now to learn to use it.

I now have 2 SB-600's and the SB-800. :mrgreen:

How much was the gel? when i bought my sb800 i didn't come with them either. And Congrats!

Sounds nice. The 5th battery invention Nikon came up with is simply amazing! I never would have imagined how much one extra battery could make in terms of recycling speed! I love the 5th battery compartment added on my SB 800!

Slowly but surely I'm amassing accessories.

Anyone want to buy a low 11 second pick-up truck?
