meh. It's a picture of a building. It's pretty and all, but not very interesting. Looks like you have very late day sun so the scene is a little warm. That's fine if you like it that way, but I think I would tweak it a bit cooler.

Not bad. the trees are kind of killing this for me. i like buildings, but i cant see past the trees. Maybe you can go cut them down some night and try again the next day? Like the architecture on the building. Looks a little off keel too is it straight?

The courthouse tower is nice from an architectural standpoint, and that should be accentuated. You can keep the trees as a frame (you really don't have much of a choice from this viewpoint), and do a closer and sharper crop on the tower itself with the tower slightly offset to the right of center.
