I would suggest a tighter crop to make the fishers more prominent in the scene. I would cut of the frame from the upper left corner

I like the contrast between two kids fishing off a pier and the city off in the distance. Having a couple stars showing through is a bonus :thumbup:

On the other hand looks, like you didn't have the patience to wait until actually they caught something. And that is usually the most important part of any angler's story.

Agreed, and maybe get the trees on the right. I like trees in shots, but there's not enough of them here, I'd crop them out.
