Night Lights at the boat Dock.

Way too dark and you have a blend of incandescent and mercury vapor lights which is pushing your white lights into a "green" spectrum.

It lighter then seen by eye,the tree line is not even visible in the back ground by eye. If your referring to the green lights at the boats dock they are green lights not white so assumption of white lights is wrong. Not to dark if you had any idea how dark it is.You can barley see the down ramp in the background I brought it up in post a tad but in reality you can barley see it by the human eye.thanks for your opinion though, this is 130am in the morning not sun down.I guess the purple light reflections off the sides of the boat must be white to ha.
