I have a barely used Nikon 70-300mm VR f/4.5-5.6 for sale. Price is $300 + shipping CONUS (paid $549 + tax for it at a local store). Condition will be described below.
Cosmetic condition: Excellent. May have some tiny scratch somewhere depends on your standard, but to me I cant find any that is visible. I would say ~95%
Optical condition: Great. No scratch/chip on the glass. Please refer to the photos for your own inspection.
Functional: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: the lens is working great, auto focus, zoom, etc. no problem but there is one issue: the lens makes some noise (like click click sound) when I turn on the camera with the lens attached. Then it stops, the lens works like normal. Sometimes this also happens when you try to auto focus at infinity. Other than that occasionally "annoying" noise, everything else works just great. Image quality is not affected. The click click sound is just kinda annoying sometimes. If you know about this issue, I would love to hear some feedback. I've heard somewhere that this is caused by some dust inside the lens, which could be cleaned at any camera store for $30-40, but Im not sure about that.
If you are interested, please take this into consideration. This is already reflected in the price.
What's included: Only the lens, lens cap and the hood. No original box.
I used this lens for about 200-300 photos. Not much use and its kinda big so I'm switching to the smaller 55-200mm.
