Nikon D80 custom setting question

Option 20 -Focus area...wrap/no wrap
Can someone explain this? I don't get it. Does it mean that when it is on no wrap and I select a different focus area it does nothing...but set on wrap when I select a different focus area it actualy moves the focus area there? Thanks.

when wrap is on, you can keep punching the command pad to change your AF area and if you reach the end of your points, it will just continue on the other side of them. just turn it on and look.
