Curious as to how many people actually use the video on the D90 and if the video function actually made you want to buy it over another camera

and higher ISO capabilities - clean at 1600, getting not so great at 3200. My D40x is unacceptable beyond 800.

I love nothing more than my D90! What lens did you get with it? My 16-85 is great, now I need a telephoto!

Oh yes, and Live View...which I still can't figure out a purpose for.

Well, when you have family members who don't know how to use the viewfinder when YOU have to be in the picture... it actually come's out pretty handy.

Congrats on upgrade. It is much better camera. I like it size because D40 I use to have (has been stolen ) was too small but D90 is about right size. I want to get grip aswell.
I hope you will enjoy new toy.
