We got some snow here in Lynbrook, NY last night. What a great day to read Cherry-Gerrard's book, "The Worst Journey in the World," about the ill-fated expedition led by Robert Falcon Scott to the South Pole. Even better than reading Scott's journals. BTW, if your middle name is "Falcon," can you not grow up to be an explorer?
