Fox, the second was more for Anty (who hasn't been around to find it so far...), as she liked the photo of the sunflower field quite a bit, when it was still a beautiful field with thousands and thousands of sunflowers - and look what a sorry sight it is today, with the odd flower not cut by the machine, all dead, all black...

I like the second.

Your shots usually make me nostalgic for places I've been. Germany of course- But the farm and country shots remind me of western Iowa. When I was about 7-8 years old we lived on a farm. I loved going out on the strangest days and wandering. Both shots remind me of those times, but that second, I think memories of desolate landscapes like that helped to form my appreciation of the desert.

Good work.
