And this is what all our winter has been like, more or less. With these "amounts" of snow, and this greyness (not as thick as here every day, though). I want SPRING back!

The car in the second one takes away from it I feel, It not being there would have amplified the "No View" element IMHO.

Fox, the second was more for Anty (who hasn't been around to find it so far...), as she liked the photo of the sunflower field quite a bit, when it was still a beautiful field with thousands and thousands of sunflowers - and look what a sorry sight it is today, with the odd flower not cut by the machine, all dead, all black...

I like the second.

Your shots usually make me nostalgic for places I've been. Germany of course- But the farm and country shots remind me of western Iowa. When I was about 7-8 years old we lived on a farm. I loved going out on the strangest days and wandering. Both shots remind me of those times, but that second, I think memories of desolate landscapes like that helped to form my appreciation of the desert.
