No its not an HDR. Just shot with my D50 and 50mm f1.8 when the light was just right. Was about 10-15 min before sunset. Then edited in LR2/CS4.

This shot is very confusing to me. The first three things that jump out to me are the sign, the structure jutting in (or out) from the right, and the horizon being in the center. Very distracting. The sky is nice though.
