I am a newbie for sure, just with a Cyber-Shot for now, but I tried to make this better with Paint Shop Pro 7 (which i already had on my pc) now i changed the Saturation and the Contrast, but what else should I try to improve this picture?

Sharpen, curves, not close enough for spot healing brush, but these all in Photoshop.
