Can others edit my Photos

In CS6, I'm batch processing a large number of PSD files to JPG (Bridge > Select all images > Tools > Photoshop > Image Processor).

When it runs, each image displays in PS for about 2 seconds, but for the last second, the image appears to lose about 10-20% of it's color impact. Is this some NIK adjustment, modification or layer that I've applied in PS which is not getting saved as part of the JPG?

If you are looking at the jpgs in a browser, a cause might be the color profile.
browsers generally require sRGB and unless you've specifically converted the color profile the jpgs will be in the original profile (probably RGB) and will look, in technical terms, like crap.

I'm watching them appear in PS during the batch process.

Do you mean "flatten" them?

Sorry for the late reply, but if I flatten the PS image file, that will eliminate (forever) the "smart objects"/layers in the file won't it?
