Ok to edit modification

I like something suggested in OT:

Honestly, I would like to see a third "see post" or "Not OK unless noted" option, because I cannot say definitively "It's always OK to edit" or "It's never OK to edit."

It could be Yellow!

This was brought up (by me) when the Ok/not ok to edit thing was first implemented....and at that time, Chase preferred to have everyone choose one or the other, so there was no confusion.

Since then I have given permission to edit my photos a time or two when I felt I needed it for learning purposes...and I just said directly in the thread 'you can edit this to show me what you mean, if you'd like'.

However, Chase's feelings may or may not have change by now....so I will definitely not say 'no we won't consider this'.
