I love the first one. THe contrast between the dead clay earth and the green vegitation is awesome. The only thing that would make it better is if the old "dead" barn was on the dead looking clay side. Obviously that's something you can't control (unless you are super strong )

I also think this one would have been good to throw the line between green and clay right down the middle. This might have been a good candidate to say "screw the rule of thirds". Just my opinion though.

Thanks NateS. The barn was actually on the clay side. I moved to the green side :mrgreen:.
You might be right about the composition. Should have tried that.

Moving the barn in Photoshop wouldn't be difficult (nor require as much strength). Lightening the green side would do wonders too.

Nice shoots, but is the green field only on my monitor too dark? To much in shadow?
