Wow is right, as in wow that hurts my eyes to look at....

The HDR effect is WAY overcooked, the whole scene is just midtones now with halos and excessive noise. Compositionally I don't much care for the shot either. The only real point of interest is the building (?) to the right, and we can't even really tell what it is or see it properly. In addition, the colour balance is very off, it seems very yellow.

What is the subject?

It doesn't do anything for me. It draws me to the green on the left and thats it. Nothing more of interest. You need a stronger subject.
