In the early hours of 2008 I realized I was the last human on earth. A deadly plague had ravaged the world and no one was left except myself and a band of light-hating mutants. The best part was no traffic jam on the 401 Mutants from the underworld OK, so I was up early and took my wife and nephew to Toronto in the early hours of 2008. It was a blast. Happy New Year, Eric
Eric! No numbers! That makes pointing out which ones I like best so difficult. For there are some! Like ... count-count-count ... the second from above (leaving out the poster). Or the third from below, just to name two. Though there are more that you took on that cemetery that I like. We haven't so far seen even ONE snow flake where I am!!!
Wonderful series, Eric. Soooo unusual to see an empty 401 like that (ooo-EEE-ooo...scary movie sound). My faves are the 6th, 7th, 11th and 12th photos. Everything looks pretty with a fresh coat of snow, doesn't it?
Wow, Anty: you really set out to COUNT them for yourself then! :hail: I was commenting before breakfast, and before I'd had my first cup of coffee (which, by the way, will remain the ONLY one of the whole day), so I just could not be a**** ... ahem: made to ... count them . Oops. Edit: The time of my post says I was lying. That comment was written quite some time AFTER breakfast. I was still too lazy to count ... Oops
Most look awesome, some look really good, and a couple look pretty good. Fill in the blanks to taste.
I really like them. I just saw the movie and these definitely give the feeling of being completely alone. Awesome
fun idea - #5 comes out great if you go mad with some colour saturation - cant show you (as you are not for editing), but I've posted a new thread "Real fun colour idea" in the Alternative Techniques & Photo Gallery forum that you could try on it.
Great job Eric, This is one of the many reasons I love winter however, I really don't like the cold much.
Very nice series! I like #4 because its got an scary feeling to it. But seeing how I live in Florida, I appreciate pictures of snow since we have none. Very nice job!
