there is another dam up river this is kind of a run off. You know I have lived on this river for twelve years (so clearly know the boards are there) but never really gave it much thought until you just said something? Think the wall I leaking too but that is okay my place is about eighty feet up above it pretty unlikely it will ever flood me.

pretty much. I like this kind of stuff and will post it up. But it really isn't my type of thing just nice to walk and have a seat sometimes and snap some. serenity, little peace by the river.
Get shutter withdrawals. prolly already have hundreds of river and waterfall pics so it is kind of meh.

just thinking. These look kind of fake. seems I have better luck with just a 50mm or close shots when I get to higher distances they start getting more fake looking. Too bad I cant get the same realism off some of my photos as I can video. Must be the lens?

I was blaming it on Nikon. Compared to Fuji or some others I thought the color rendering sucked. Ad to it the view nx processing. But I realized it does better with just the 50. OR maybe I am just off my rocker.
