This is a different view than you usually see. 
I think I'd crop a bit off the right side so you don't see as much through that frame. There's just enough of it there (the back of the Opera House) that it competes with the front of the building - at least for me, it does.

The frame gets more attention than your main subject Opera House.

People have different preferences for this sort of thing, but for me an out-of-focus foreground frame needs to be dark or it is distracting to me. Ditto for the area beyond the frame, especially on the right.
