It seems that kind of photo doesn't deserve much interest ! If it weren't you ...

Now, about the shots. I got them on a bridge with intense traffic. Vibrations were my main enemy. No conditions to use tripod, so it had to be handheld.
I took them just before the golden hour. In an half an hour time lap the light was changing fast at every minute (so were the colors). It was impossible to take two shots under the same conditions.
I have a couple of shots and will see if any approaches what you wrote.
