That ain't no Nuthatch ... looks like a male Hairy Woodpecker.

Where is that Osprey platform ? Didn't know they build them at the swamp.

Thank you i know i changed the name on Flickr but not on here and it is a yellow bellied sapsucker the osprey platform is in tweed so a few hours away from minesing wetlands

Ah, you are probably correct ... was fooled by the red, wrong placement.

They put up a nesting platform in the marshes I usually go to. So far, it has never been used. Those hooded mergansers are really pretty, aren't they? Nice set, sir!
