overexposed raw but not jpg

have been taking a few pics can anyone explain to me this...?

if i take three pics aperture priority. with exposure bracketting. 3 shots +-1 ev stop... the pics are saved as raw and jpg. how come the jpgs at 0ev look ok, but the raw at 0ev is way overexposed... ?

and is there any point in taking 3 bracketted pics and saving as raw..? willl they all look the same ? exposure...

Because the jpeg's have been processed in camera and the raw files have not? You mentioned aperture priority, but how about profiles?
