Guess you can sex'em by looking at there eye colour hey, taking a guess the females have the red eye ?

I think those are juveniles with the black eyes. Both male and female adults have red eyes according to allaboutbirds.org.

Oh so there eyes change colour into adulthood. I wonder if we have any avian that do that here, hmm. Well it was a good guess anyway.
