Panasonic LX5 vs Canon S95

I am looking to purchase either the canon s95 or the Panasonic dmc-lx5. I have narrowed it down to these two based on portability i don't seem my self carting around 30 ponds of lenses and what not on vacation, optic zoom, and file format (compressed Jpeg/ uncompressed raw). To process the raw images I will use Light Room or Adobe Creative Suite 5. Neither camera has a real view finder but you can attach one to the lx-5 so i was really leaning that way. Any way I thought i get some advice of people who know what they are talking about.
