Very nice b&w conversion. From the composition POV, sorry, messed up. Picture is chaotic. Far-near relationship was not established, there is no geometric harmony, subject is not clear. You can think about such a picture as about a portrait (of a subject) or as an event (situation involved a subject or many subjects). This picture is none. IMHO
