I think it may be a little too blue for me. Also suspect there is more detail in the light than is showing. Compositionally, I love it. Ah, the constant dichotomy of critiquing.

I agree; it's a bit dark but that's to compensate for the streetlight, I suppose.

Well, after careful consideration (and several beers), I agree that it's too dark.
I realized that when I added some selective contrast to the clouds, I inadvertently blocked up some of the shadows.

Thanks for the suggestions and comments. I will rework this one some more as I like the composition the best of the several shots I took.
Below is another version (different frame) that is a touch brighter - I still may end up darker that you all would prefer me thinks.
