Honestly? Looks like a massively overexposed guy behind a dude standing up in front of you. Just no way to know that he's on snow, unfortunately. Snow is a bear for this kind of thing. If he were lying near something else lying on the ground, maybe... maybe something that was lying on the ground that had some snow on it but wasn't totally covered.

BTW, it's also not a terribly complimentary angle on the person in question.

Good idea... just needs more work to pull it off I think.
