One of the countries I'd love to explore. Just an observation and correct me if I'm wrong but I'd say you are using evaluative metering and allowing the camera to set exposure. I'd suggest you learn to expose for your subjects and damn the rest.

Do it and bring a friend, wouldn't go there alone but it's absolutely worth the trip!

You're 100% right on the metering, time for me to switch over I guess haha
