Photivo, anyone?

I found this odd GPL RAW processor called Photivo. I'm a little overwhelmed by it. There's a LOT of stuff here, it's like they crammed every non-proprietary function imaginable into it, yet it is well polished and organized. It runs relatively smoothly on Mac OS X Lion, with full screen support. It is designed as a 16-bit RAW development workflow for GIMP, but also exports 16-bit TIFF files, so it can be implemented into any other workflow as well.
