Glad you like Pink's. I wasn't sure about that one - I like the subject, but I couldn't find the right composition. I'm also too shy to take the shot the way I want - which is with people up close. In LA there are WAY too many cameras running around, and people get very defensive. Yes, there's tourists, but a lot of places (even Pink's!) get paparazzi. People don't like 'em, but worse is that the businesses expect to get paid to shoot on their premises. A lot of people look at production fees as a potential additional revenue stream. "Hey, you wanna take pictures in here, you gotta pay me fifty bucks."

Haha...wow the things you have to deal with in LA!

About being shy, I have the same problem (although not the LA problem). I have gotten better, but it takes time. Just the other day I didn't get the real shot I wanted for this very reason. In fact it is one of my goals for 2006. My friend said the cure for shyness is to practice boldness so that is what I'm going to do.... er.... well..... sometimes. :blushing:
